THE UNIQUE

Domaine des Terres Blanches straddles the communes of Pinet, Castelnau de Guers and Pomerols. The estate comprises 6 parcels, including Euzèbe le blanc and Tienou la blanche. The terroir is composed exclusively of superficial to medium clay-limestone soils. Piquepoul is the only grape variety grown on these 6 plots. The estate has begun its conversion to organic farming and will be certified for the 2021 vintage.

The estate is one of the most terrestrial domains dedicated to the Piquepoul grape variety. Our cuvée is above all a great Languedoc white wine, aged on lees for many months after a late harvest. It’s a great Picpoul for gourmets.
